We embrace locally grown flowers whenever possible, supporting nearby farmers and greenhouses, and proudly incorporate blooms from our own cutting garden, bringing a personal, heartfelt touch to every celebration.
As a former wedding planner turned full-time floral designer, I deeply understand how overwhelming planning a wedding can feel. My goal is to make the floral process seamless, inspiring, and beautifully aligned with your vision.
To begin, simply complete our inquiry form, and we’ll provide an initial price range to ensure we're the right fit for your celebration. From there, you’ll receive a custom proposal, followed by a brief consultation via video or phone to walk through your ideas and refine the details.
To reserve your date, a 10% non-refundable deposit is required (or $500 if a final quote has not yet been issued). Please note that your date is only secured once a deposit is received (email correspondence or proposals alone do not guarantee a booking).
Once confirmed, we’ll begin curating your personalized floral story through detailed inspiration boards and thoughtful planning for both your blooms and any additional elements like décor and tablescapes. I’m here every step of the way to offer guidance and expertise, ensuring a cohesive, elevated experience. We also provide add on set-up/styling services for personal items such as setting up signage, place cards, personal decor, photo displays, etc.
As your wedding florist, my priority is to make your experience seamless, inspiring, and stress-free, with complete transparency around pricing and design. Every floral proposal is thoughtfully customized, as the overall investment depends on a number of details including floral selection, seasonal availability, guest count, scale of design, labor, and set-up requirements. No two weddings are the same, and your quote will reflect the unique vision and needs of your day.

Our à la carte option is ideal for intimate celebrations or couples who don’t require full set-up. These designs are available for pick-up from our Stoney Creek studio, with a minimum order of $1,000 (pre-HST) *(Delivery can be arranged based on availability and location).

Wedding Florals Pricing & Minimums
For 2025 full-service wedding bookings, we require a $5,000 minimum spend (pre-tax) for weddings where we provide on-site delivery and setup during peak wedding season (May–October).
A la carte wedding flowers start at $1,000, and can be picked up directly from our studio location on Stoney Creek Mountain.
Delivery only can be arranged based on location/availability within our regular service areas only.
Pricing & Custom Quotes
The cost of wedding flowers can vary depending on several factors, including the size of your arrangements, the abundance and types of flowers used, any additional details or special requests, and the season. Flowers undergo a beautiful and intricate process—from dedicated farmers (both local and international) growing and preparing them, to transportation and the careful design process. Additionally, we account for the costs of keeping flowers fresh, wholesale price fluctuations, and other variables that impact pricing.
Since no two weddings are the same, we believe in offering custom quotes tailored to your specific needs. On average, our clients typically spend between $7,500 and $9,500+ on their wedding flowers.

Booking Timeline
The wedding industry is always evolving, and our booking timeline reflects this flexibility. Typically, we recommend booking 6 months to 1 year in advance to ensure availability, though some dates may be booked up to 1.5 years ahead of time.
For smaller events or a la carte items, we are often able to accommodate bookings with 1-3 months' notice, depending on availability.
Booking Flexibility & How It Works
We understand that when booking your wedding florals, you may not have every detail, design, or color finalized. Don’t worry – we’re here to help! We’re flexible and happy to guide you through the process as your vision comes together.
To secure your date, simply provide a $500 deposit. You can finalize the details, including quantities, designs, and colors, as you make decisions closer to your wedding day.
With weddings being booked well in advance, if you love our style and feel we’d be a good fit, it’s never too early to reach out and get started!
Of course you can! I am super flexible throughout the process and understand that your ideas and inspiration may change throughout your planning, and am here to offer guidance when needed! Please note you can make changes, however cannot deduct more than 15% of your agreed upon contract quote.
Booking Process
Once you’ve filled out the inquiry form and we’ve confirmed availability for your wedding date, we’ll provide you with an initial pricing estimate based on the items you need. The more details you provide, the quicker we can respond with accurate pricing!
After ensuring our pricing aligns with your budget and vision, we typically schedule an initial phone or video consultation. Following that, a formal quote will be sent for your review and approval. Once the quote is confirmed, a contract will be issued. Please note, design boards are shared only after the contract is signed and you are officially a booked client.
Booking & Deposit Information
To secure your wedding date, a 10% deposit of the rough quote or contract total is required (or $500 if no formal quote total has been provided), along with a signed copy of the contract. Deposits can be made at any time, even if certain details or items are still undecided.
Payments can be made via e-transfer. Once we receive your deposit and signed contract, your date is officially booked!
Please note that dates cannot be held without a deposit. Email communication, quotes, unsigned contracts, or failure to submit a deposit do not constitute a booking.
Design Planning & Final Details

Typically, 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding, we’ll schedule a final detail meeting. During this time, we’ll finalize your mood and inspiration boards. Any final adjustments to numbers or last-minute changes can be made up to 1 month before your wedding.
A la Carte Wedding Flowers
Yes, we offer a la carte wedding flowers! Whether you need bridal party flowers, or a few key arrangements, we’re happy to help.

Yes, we are excited to now offer bulk flowers! Due to high demand and numerous past orders, we are now providing bulk flowers for weddings, events, and other special occasions.
