Inspired by nature and unstructured + modern style; we enjoy creating designs full of texture that resemble what you may see in gardens or fields, and even take inspiration from art and fashion. Each wedding is created custom and designed to best reflect you as a couple, by working closely with you to understand your vision. Incorporating local blooms always when possible, designing heavily based on season as we love supporting local flower farmers and greenhouses. We even have our own small cutting garden with a variety of home grown blooms to give a personal touch to our clients. More than just your wedding florist, we love creating relationships that last beyond the wedding day!
As a previous wedding planner before going full time in florals; I completely understand how overwhelming everything can be! After filling out the online inquiry form and providing details, initial pricing will be sent to ensure we are a good fit. This follows with a custom personalized quote, and typically a quick initial consult over video or phone. If you would love to have us be apart of your day we only require a 10% non-refundable deposit (or $500 if no quote total) to secure the date!
As we dream together after booking, inspiration boards and additional elements like decor and tablescapes come into place. Each floral package includes up to 2 additional meetings leading up to your wedding, with the final detail meeting happening 6-8 weeks before your wedding (Typically in person at our flower shop). We are always happy to offer any advice and expertise during your wedding planning, and also offer additional set-up options for personal decor (place cards, guest favours, menus, signage, etc).
As your wedding florist, we want to make this process easy and enjoyable, and always provide transparency around pricing and design options. Many variables depend on what you spend on your wedding flowers. Typically, sizing, abundance, special flower types, labour/setup involved, guest counts, distance, and season all are factored into pricing. No two weddings are the same, this is why we believe in custom quoting for each wedding.
Full Service bookings begin at $6,500 (Peak Wedding season May-October)
Intimate/Smaller Scale bookings begin at $3,500 (Minimal setups in regular service area, or weddings in off season)
No minimum for A la Carte style, or if picking up from the Flower Shop (1467 Centre Rd., Carlisle, Hamilton)
Delivery only can be arranged based on location

Flowers go through such a magical process, from hard working farmers (local and international) grow and prep, transportation if necessary, to our hands with cost of designing, keeping everything alive, wholesale price fluctuations, etc all go into factor. No two weddings are the same, this is why we believe in custom quoting for each wedding. Our average clients spend is $6,500-$9,000.
Many factors go on behind the scenes with wedding florals before your special day! so much love goes into your blooms, and all of these things come into play:
Admin
Consults, email responses and messaging, quotes, research and inspiration gathering, mood boards, recipes/stem counts, sourcing and ordering, adjsutments
Pick ups
Driving to multiple suppliers to get florals and supplies
Processing
Unpacking flowers, trimming, hydrating, strip/remove foliage, de-thorn, placing in buckets with fresh water
Creating
Keeping flowers alive, allowing roses to open up, changing water when needed, creating actual arrangements and bouquets, ensuring final product is stored properly and kept fresh until the wedding day
Wedding Day
Pickup trailer, head to shop, load, drop off bouquets/bouts, drive to venue, unload, onsite setup and design, keeping flowers alive, clean up of all spaces used
Season/imports
Factors like time of the year, importing/freight restrictions and constant increases, even 'trendy' flower types and colours can be more pricey
Things are always changing in the wedding world, currently we typically book 6 months-1 year in advance, but can range and sometimes are booked up to 1.5 years prior. We can typically also accomodate short notice bookings for smaller events, or for a la carte items like bouquets/personal flowers, where only 1-3 months notice is needed
Yes! we know that sometimes you are unsure at the time of booking of all the items, quantities, designs or even colours. this is no problem as we are flexible and happy to help guide and assist with this as necessary. You can simply book in your date by providing a $500 deposit, and everything can be finalized as you decide. With todays weddings being booked so far in advance, if you love our style and think we would be a good fit, it is never too early to reach out and get started!
Of course you can! I am super flexible throughout the process and understand that your ideas and inspiration may change throughout your planning, and am here to offer guidance when needed! Please note you can make changes, however cannot deduct more than 15% of your agreed upon contract quote.
After filling out the inquiry form and confirming we have your date available, we will promptly provide quick rough pricing based on items you need (more details provided assists with quicker responses)! After ensuring our pricing aligns with your budget and vision, we typically setup an initial phone or video consultation. After, a formal quote, followed by contract will be sent for approval
To secure the date, 10% deposit of the quote/contract is required (or $500 if no formal quote total) along with a signed copy of the contract. Deposits and payments can be made via e-transfer, or processed with credit card on the shop machine (an additional 3% charge applies for this). Once deposit and signed contract are received, the date is booked!
Continue to save any images/ideas you come across, or even invite us to your Pinterest board! You can email anytime about any questions you might have, we are here to guide and provide expertise. Typically 2 months prior to your wedding we will have our final detail meeting. At this time mood and inspiration boards are finalized and put together. Any final numbers and last minute changes can be made up until 1 month prior to the wedding.
