Nature provides so much inspiration, how flowers interact, grow, and have their own unique characteristics. Our style is very natural inspired, unstructured with a mix of boho artistic flare. We enjoy creating designs that resemble what you would see in nature, fields or gardens and even take inspiration from art and fashion! Each wedding design created is custom, and designed to best reflect you as a couple. Incorporating many varieties of greenery, florals, textures, plants, dried pieces, and using seasonal local blooms, always, when possible! We love to support the local flower farmers and greenhouses, and also have our own small cutting garden with a variety of home grown blooms occasionally using special pieces like dahlias and peonies to give a personal touch to our clients.

As a previous wedding planner for 7 years before going full time in florals; I completely understand how overwhelming everything can be! We will work closely with you in order to understand your vision with your wedding flowers and decor (and who you are as a couple!) throughout the entire journey. We are more than just your wedding florist, we love creating relationships and friendships with our clients that last beyond the wedding day!
The process typically begins after filling out our inquiry form and providing some details and initial pricing to ensure we are a good fit for you! Further followed with a custom personalized quote, and an initial consultation via phone or video. If you would love to have us be apart of your day, we only require a 10% non-refundable deposit to secure the date!
As we dream and work together, design inspiration boards and additional visuals come into place to ensure we understand your vision. Each floral package includes up to 2 additional meetings leading up to your wedding to finalize floral items, discuss decor add-ons, etc. We are always happy to offer any advice and expertise during your wedding planning.
Typically, the final detailing meeting happens 6-8 weeks before your wedding day. We also offer additional set-up options for your personal decor at the wedding should you require (place cards, guest favours, menus, small decor items, purchased candles).

As your wedding florist, we want to make this process easy and enjoyable, and always provide clarity and transparency around pricing and design options. Our minimum bookings for 2023 begin at $6,000 (if requiring delivery AND set-up).
For intimate/smaller weddings OR for delivery only (no set-up), minimums are $3,000.
No minimums if picking up items from our flower shop location.

Ranges from $1,500 - $3,000
This typically includes only Personal wedding flowers (bouquets, boutonnières), intimate elopements where possibly just bouquet, boutonnière, and a few arrangements are needed, or micro weddings (10-15 guests)
This option applies to pickup only (no delivery/setup option for this price range)
Ranges from $3,500-$5,500
This is typically for smaller guest count weddings, or with less items and lush floral arrangements needed. Personal wedding flowers, Ceremony florals like a pre-made one piece arch or arrangements, minimal head table florals, basic/smaller centerpieces, less room accents. Delivery only available for this price range within Hamilton and close surrounding areas (no setup)
Our most common range from $6,000-$8,500
This typically involves all personal wedding flowers, ceremony flowers (larger or multiple piece arch arrangements, aisle arrangements, welcome sign arrangement), reception flowers like head table, guest tables, bar florals, cocktail tables, seating chart, cake florals and additional room arrangements. Sometimes includes candles for the head table and additional accent tables)
Ranges from $9,000-$15,000
Floral dreams! This typically includes all personal wedding flowers, full ceremony flowers (lush full arch or freestanding pillars, with multiple aisle arrangements, welcome sign arrangement, seating chart arrangement, full reception flowers like head table (top and surrounding), guest tables, bar, guestbook table, cocktail tables, photo area, room arrangements, sometimes second arch designs, or hanging installations, cake florals, candle rentals, and more)

No two weddings are the same, this is why we believe in custom quoting for each wedding. Our average clients spend is $6,500-$9,000.
$6,000 minimum spend (pre-tax) for full service weddings, if we are to come onsite for delivery + setup (2024 minimums will be announced in early 2023)
$3,500 minimum spend (pre-tax) if DELIVERY ONLY, and no setup required (In REGULAR service areas/reasonable distance). *Only a limited number of weddings with this option will be booked
NO MINIMUMS if picking up all items from flower shop/studio location (located in Carlisle, Hamilton ON).
Many factors go on behind the scenes with wedding florals before your special day! so much love goes into your blooms, and all of these things come into play:
Admin
Consults, email responses and messaging, quotes, research and inspiration gathering, recipes/stem counts, sourcing and ordering
Pick ups
Driving to multiple suppliers to get florals and supplies
Processing
Unpacking flowers, trimming, hydrating, strip/remove foliage, de-thorn, placing in buckets with fresh water
Creating
Keeping flowers alive, allowing roses to open up, changing water when needed, creating actual arrangements and bouquets, ensuring final product is stored properly and kept fresh until the wedding day
Wedding Day
Pickup trailer, head to shop, load, drop off bouquets/bouts, drive to venue, unload, onsite setup and design, keeping flowers alive, clean up of all spaces used
Season/imports
Factors like time of the year, importing/freight restrictions and constant increases, even 'trendy' flower types and colours can be more pricey
Of course you can! I am super flexible throughout the process and understand that your ideas and inspiration may change throughout your planning, and am here to offer guidance when needed! Please note you can make changes, however cannot deduct more then 10% of your agreed upon contract quote.
After confirming we have your date available, you will receive this guide along with a questionnaire to fill out for more details (unless sufficient information was provided in original email inquiry). After reading FAQ's and minimums, we can setup an initial phone or video consultation. Lastly, a formal quote (and contract if booking) will be sent for approval. Inspiration boards will be put together the year of the wedding!
To secure the date, either $500 or 10% deposit of the quote/contract is required along with a signed copy of the contract. Deposits and payments can be made via e-transfer, or processed with credit card on the shop machine (an additional 2.5% charge applies fo this). Once deposit and signed contract are received, the date is booked!
Continue to save any images/ideas you come across, or even invite us to your Pinterest board! You can email anytime about any questions you might have, we are here to guide and provide expertise. Typically 2 months prior to your wedding we will have our final detail meeting. At this time mood and inspiration boards are finalized and put together. Any final numbers and last minute changes can be made up until 1 month prior to the wedding.
